Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using the website or a DocinVault demonstration, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms. If you use the Service for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization.

Use of the public website and any voluntary demonstration is optional. Access is conditioned on compliance with these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy, and any notice presented in the selected verification flow.

The Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy form part of these Terms. If a signed customer agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls for the services covered by it.

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms.

• Company, DocinVault, we, us, or our means DocinVault LLC, with registered address at 43 Meskheti St., Borjomi, Georgia.
• Service means the DocinVault website and, where applicable, a demonstration or software service made available by DocinVault.
• Terms means these Terms and Conditions.
• Third-party service means content, infrastructure, software, or a service supplied by another provider and used with or linked from the Service.
• Website means the content available at https://docinvault.com.
• You means the individual using the Service or the organization on whose behalf that individual acts.
• References to one gender include every gender, singular words include the plural and plural words include the singular where the context allows, and a reference to a law includes amendments and subordinate legislation in force at the relevant time. Section headings are for convenience and do not change interpretation.

The website, its original content, product descriptions, interface materials, branding, and software are owned by DocinVault or used under permission and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may view the website for legitimate informational and business-evaluation purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse engineer, or exploit protected materials except with written permission or where applicable law expressly permits it.

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. DocinVault does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or privacy practices.

A demonstration may ask you to submit information, an identity document, an image, a video, or other evidence needed to show a configured verification flow. The notice presented for that demonstration describes the applicable purpose and data handling. Do not submit information unless you have the legal right and authority to do so.

You must follow the instructions shown in the Service and grant only the device permissions required for the selected flow. You may stop using a voluntary demonstration at any time.

DocinVault grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access a demonstration solely for evaluation. No ownership rights in DocinVault software are transferred to you. DocinVault does not acquire ownership of information or documents you lawfully submit, but may process them for the stated verification purpose under the Privacy Policy, the in-flow notice, and any applicable customer agreement.

DocinVault uses commercially reasonable efforts to minimize operational errors, but this does not create a warranty that every document, device, network, or verification attempt will produce a particular result.

You are responsible for your use of the Service and for the accuracy and lawfulness of information you submit.

• Do not use the Service for fraud, impersonation, unlawful surveillance, discrimination, or any other illegal purpose.
• Do not submit another person's document, biometric information, or personal data without a lawful basis and appropriate authority.
• Do not attempt to bypass security, gain unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, overload the Service, or interfere with another user's access.
• Do not copy, scrape, probe, reverse engineer, or test the Service except with DocinVault's written authorization or as permitted by mandatory law.
• To the extent permitted by applicable law, you will indemnify and hold DocinVault harmless from third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs caused by your unlawful submission of information or documents, misuse of the Service, or material breach of these Terms.

You may send feedback to contact@docinvault.com. You grant DocinVault a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free right to use non-confidential feedback to improve its products and services. Do not include confidential information or personal data that is not needed for the feedback.

DocinVault may modify, suspend, or discontinue the public website or a voluntary demonstration. Access may be restricted immediately where reasonably necessary to protect the Service, comply with law, respond to a security concern, or address a breach of these Terms.

When access ends, the limited permission granted under these Terms ends as well. Provisions that by their nature should continue, including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and dispute provisions, remain effective.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the public website and voluntary demonstrations are provided as is and as available, with all faults and without express, implied, or statutory warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, compatibility, or error-free performance.

Descriptions on the website are general information, not legal advice or a promise that a particular workflow satisfies every law. Customers remain responsible for assessing the laws and reporting requirements that apply to their use case. Commitments for paid services are stated in the applicable signed agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DocinVault is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential loss arising from use of the public website or a free demonstration, including loss of profits, business opportunity, or data.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Liability relating to paid services is governed by the applicable signed customer agreement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The parties will first try to resolve a dispute through good-faith negotiations.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, the competent courts of Georgia will have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer or data-protection law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

If a provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be interpreted as closely as possible to its lawful purpose, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of that right. A waiver is effective only when made in writing by an authorized party.

The English version published at https://docinvault.com/terms is the controlling version. A translation is provided for convenience unless mandatory law states otherwise.

DocinVault may update these Terms to reflect legal, operational, or product changes. The current version and effective date will be published on this page. Continued use after an update means that the updated Terms apply from their effective date.
